In this time, i want to share how to add money in dollar and cent. May be for adult people its to simple to add money, but for kids i think it little different. They are just learn how to add money. The example they want to add $ 5 and $ 4. For some kids its simple. The answer is $ 9. Its different when the numbers increase to be 2-digits numbers. They can not count with their finger. Actually, they will use method to solve these question. One of method is vertical form. So, they make vertical form to add money.

The new problem will appear when they add in dollar and cent. Or convert from dollar to cent. Or form cent to dollar. The first method to solve this problem is we should decided the form of addition. We want to add the money in dollar or cent. We should convert the money dollar to cent first.
